So, in May 2021 – when we had wedding restrictions – Eren and Sedef got married amongst their closest family and friends!!!! And what a totally brilliant wedding it was!

Starting at the house,  I was welcomed into the couple’s home where they had traditional Turkish music being played, delicious Turkish food being made and dancing…..lots of traditional dancing!!
I absolutely loved it!!!

Both the bride and the groom chose to get ready in the same house – but didn’t see each other until they were both ready. So whilst the beautiful bride was getting ready, I took photographs of the groom with his family – and dancing. Did I mention there was dancing?!

Soon it was time for me to see the bride who was just finishing her final touches, we did a few photographs and then it was time for her husband to be to enter the room – lead by his mum. Such a beautiful moment, I love a ‘first look’ – which most couples choose to wait to do at the alter however it is becoming increasingly popular to do now before the ceremony. I love any first look’s at a wedding but I do like to try and co-ordinate it so I am ready and in place waiting to capture it.

The groom led his bride to be into the garden to be greeted by their waiting family and musicians – and then they led the dancing.

Soon it was time to leave for the wedding ceremony at the Bromley Court Hotel. The grounds looked beautiful in the warm spring sunshine.

Such a beautiful wedding day, you could literally feel the love surrounding the bride and groom.
